must not be a company or a person acting as a trustee |

must be buying or building a home less than $750,000 |

or your spouse must not have owned an interest in land with a residence in Australia prior to 1 July 2000 |

or your spouse must, within one year of buying the property, move in and live in the property as your principal place of residence for at least six months |

In Queensland, people who buy their first home may also be eligible for a transfer duty concession. Other concessions may be currently available if you buy or build a home. |
